Zwiebeln, italienische Kräuter, Knoblauch in einer Pfanne in Öl erhitzen und Schinkenwürfel darin anbraten. Cherrytomaten hinzugeben. Mischung in der Pfanne mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.

Gehackte Tomaten (Dosen) in einem Topf aufkochen lassen und Pfannenmischung hinzugeben. Einige Minuten köcheln lassen, dann Tomatenmark, Rotwein, Creme Fraiche, Parmesan hinzugeben und einrühren.

Nochmals mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.

Frischen Basilikum und Oregano nach Belieben unterheben.

Evtl. gekochten Reis hinzufügen.

Die Suppe auf 6 Teller verteilen und jede Portion mit einen Sahnehäubchen in der Mitte versehen, darauf eine Basilikumblätter platzieren.

Einen Kreis aus Parmesankäse um das Sahnehäubchen herum streuen.</div></li></ul></div></div>

Alles durchmischen und anschließend Avocados unterheben.
Dressing:

3 EL Olivenöl, je 1 EL Walnuss-, Erdnuss-/Sesamöl, 4-5 El Dattelbalsam und 1 El Himbeerbalsamico gut vermischen.
Dressing mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und ggf. Öl, bzw. Balsamico hinzufügen.
Dressing erst kurz vor dem Servieren auf dem Salat verteilen.</div></li></ul></div></div>

Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kleinschneiden,  in einem Topf mit Olivenöl unter Zugabe von Salz andünsten.
Gefrorenen jungen Blattspinat hinzugeben und erwärmen.
Spinat mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.
Nudeln, Spinat und Kochschinken, bzw. Hähnchenaufschnitt in eine große Auflaufform füllen.
Soße nach Packungsanleitung zusammenrühren und Gorgonzola, Schmand/Creme Fraiche/ Frischkäse und Weißwein hinzufügen.
Soße mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und kurz aufkochen lassen.
Soße über das Spinatgemisch gießen und den Auflauf erst mit Emmentaler und dann mit Parmesan bestreuen.
Auflauf bei 200*C auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 1/2 Stunde im vorgeheizten Ofen backen, bis der Käse gold-braun verlaufen ist.</div></li></ul></div></div>

Eier, Zucker und Butter in einer Schüssel schaumig rühren. Restliche Zutaten hinzufügen und zum Schluss die geschmolzene Schokolade unterrühren. Den Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform füllen.

Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180°C ca. 1 Stunde backen. 

Danach mit Puderzucker bestäuben oder mit einem Schokoladenguss überziehen.

Tipp: Man kann den Kuchen auch, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist, mit einer Marzipandecke überziehen und ihn als z.B. Geburtstagskuchen dekorieren.

Hält sich mehrere Tage frisch.</div></li></ul></div></div>

<p><u>Zubereitung:</u></p>

<li>Den Löffelbiskuit zerbröseln und mit der Butter vermischen.</li>
<li>Den entstandenen Teig in eine runde Tortenform geben und ca. 20 Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene bei 150 °C backen.</li>
<li>Boden erkalten lassen.</li>
<li>Quarkspeise nach Anleitung auf der Packung zubereiten.</li>
<li>Sahne schlagen und unterrühren.</li>
<li>Sekt oder Hugo hinzufügen.</li>
<li>Gelatinefix unterheben.</li>
<li>Torte mit Schokostreuseln garnieren und für ca. 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen</li>
<li>Ring von der Form lösen und Torte vorsichtig auf eine Kuchenplatte heben.</li>

<h3 class="p1">Zubereitung:</h3>
<p>Den Kürbis schälen. Zwei Drittel in kleine Stückchen schneiden und ein Drittel pürieren.</p>
<p>Das Püree aufkochen und mit der Gemüsebrühe mischen. Den Frischkäse hinzufügen und gut verrühren. Mit Pfeffer und Salz würzen.</p>
<p>Die Kartoffeln schälen und in Salzwasser kochen.</p>
<p>Die Zucchini waschen (nicht schälen!) und in kleine Stücke schneiden.</p>
<p>Die gekochten Kartoffeln ebenfalls in kleine Stücke schneiden, in eine hohe Auflaufform geben und mit Rosmarin bestreuen.</p>
<p>Anschließend die Kürbisstückchen kochen und nach einer Weile die Zucchinis hinzugeben, bis beide Gemüse zwar bissfest, aber nicht mehr hart sind.</p>
<p>Die Kürbis- und Zucchinistückchen mit dem gewürfelten Schafskäse mischen und auf den Kartoffeln verteilen.</p>
<p>Zum Schluss Käse über das Gemüse streuen.</p>
<p>Den Auflauf ca. 30 Minuten bei 200°C Umluft im vorgeheizten Ofen überbacken.</p>
<p>In der Zwischenzeit das Hähnchenfilet in kleine Steaks teilen, jedes mit Pfeffer (am besten aus der Pfeffermühle), Salz und Paprika würzen und braten.</p>
<p>Zusammen mit dem Gemüsegratin servieren.</p>
