Den Salat waschen und kleinschneiden, bzw. fertigen Blattsalat verwenden und ihn in eine Schüssel geben.
Kleingeschnittene Datteln, Mozarella und Walnüsse dem Blattsalat hinzufügen.
Alles durchmischen und anschließend Avocados unterheben.
Dressing:

3 EL Olivenöl, je 1 EL Walnuss-, Erdnuss-/Sesamöl, 4-5 El Dattelbalsam und 1 El Himbeerbalsamico gut vermischen.
Dressing mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und ggf. Öl, bzw. Balsamico hinzufügen.
Dressing erst kurz vor dem Servieren auf dem Salat verteilen.</div></li></ul></div></div>
