<li>Bei den Pattys hatte ich 200g Mett genommen. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich es mit weniger versuchen. Vielleicht 100-125g, da die Pattys sonst zu dick werden.</li>
<li>Bei den Buns habe ich ZUXXER genommen, ich würde es beim nächsten Mal mit Zucker versuchen, dann gehen die Buns mit der Hefe bestimmt noch besser auf.</li>

Gehackte Tomaten (Dosen) in einem Topf aufkochen lassen und Pfannenmischung hinzugeben. Einige Minuten köcheln lassen, dann Tomatenmark, Rotwein, Creme Fraiche, Parmesan hinzugeben und einrühren.

Nochmals mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.

Frischen Basilikum und Oregano nach Belieben unterheben.

Evtl. gekochten Reis hinzufügen.

Die Suppe auf 6 Teller verteilen und jede Portion mit einen Sahnehäubchen in der Mitte versehen, darauf eine Basilikumblätter platzieren.

Einen Kreis aus Parmesankäse um das Sahnehäubchen herum streuen.</div></li></ul></div></div>

Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kleinschneiden,  in einem Topf mit Olivenöl unter Zugabe von Salz andünsten.
Gefrorenen jungen Blattspinat hinzugeben und erwärmen.
Spinat mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.
Nudeln, Spinat und Kochschinken, bzw. Hähnchenaufschnitt in eine große Auflaufform füllen.
Soße nach Packungsanleitung zusammenrühren und Gorgonzola, Schmand/Creme Fraiche/ Frischkäse und Weißwein hinzufügen.
Soße mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken und kurz aufkochen lassen.
Soße über das Spinatgemisch gießen und den Auflauf erst mit Emmentaler und dann mit Parmesan bestreuen.
Auflauf bei 200*C auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 1/2 Stunde im vorgeheizten Ofen backen, bis der Käse gold-braun verlaufen ist.</div></li></ul></div></div>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Hier die Zutaten für den glutenfreien Pizzateig, reicht für ein Backblech:</h3>
<ul>
<li>225g Backmischung (z.B. Schär glutenfreie Brotbackmischung Mix B)</li>
<li>225g glutenfreies Mehl</li>
<li>1 Pck. Trockenhefe</li>
<li>300ml lauwarmes Wasser</li>
<li>2 TL Salz</li>
<li>2 EL Öl</li>
<li>Pfeffer (Variante 2)</li>
<li>scharfes Paprikapulver (Variante 2)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<p><strong>Variante 1</strong>:<br />
alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und ca. 10 Minuten den Teig mit dem Mixer und den Knethaken kneten.</p>
<p><strong>Variante 2</strong>:<br />
Ich habe den Teig auch mal etwas würziger/schärfer gemacht:<br />
Hefe, Backmischung, Mehl, Salz, <strong>Pfeffer</strong> und <strong>scharfes Paprikapulver</strong> in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem Mixer durchmischen. Erst danach das Wasser und Öl dazu geben und 10 Minuten kneten. (War sehr lecker)</p>
<p>Natürlich kann man auch andere Gewürze nehmen, einfach mal ausprobieren <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<h3>Ausrollen und Backen:</h3>
<p>Wenn  Variante 1 oder Variante 2 fertig ist, den Teig für 30 Minuten im Backofen bei ca. 60°C gehen lassen. Danach klebt der Teig auch nicht mehr so stark.</p>
<p>Backpapier aufs Backblech legen und den Teig darauf. Etwas mit Mehl bestäuben, damit der Teig nicht klebt. Erst den Teig mit der Hand verteilen und dann mit dem Nudelholz schön dünn verteilen. Wenn man kein Nudelholz hat, kann man auch eine Glasflasche oder ein Glas nehmen. Ich selbst nehme immer ein Glas, da der Rand vom Backblech am Nudelholzgriff stört.</p>
<p>Nun den Pizzateig nach Wunsch belegen <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
<p>Den Backofen auf 225°C vorheizen und ohne Umluft die Pizza backen. Wenn der Käse goldbraun ist, ist die Pizza fertig. Etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten.</p>

<h3>Hier die Zutaten für den Szegediner Gulasch und ca. 4 Personen:</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 Dosen mildes Sauerkraut</li>
<li>75g Butaris</li>
<li>Salz</li>
<li>Pfeffer</li>
<li>3 EL Paprika, edelsüß</li>
<li>1 EL Paprika, scharf</li>
<li>100g Tomatenmark, scharf</li>
<li>500g Schmand</li>
<li>ca 800ml Geflügelbrühe</li>
<li>ca. 150ml halbtrockenen Weißwein</li>
<li>ca. 750g Hühnerfleisch (Brust)</li>
<li>2 große Zwiebeln</li>
<li>etwas Knoblauch</li>
<li>etwas Kümmel nach Geschmack</li>
</ul>
<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Fleisch in Würfel schneiden</li>
<li>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch klein machen</li>
<li>alles mit Butaris in einen Bräter</li>
<li>bei ca. 220°C, Heißluft und offenen Deckel anbraten &#8211; ca. 40 Minuten</li>
<li>Soße mit restlichen Zutaten anrühren (Mixer)</li>
<li>nach den 40 Minuten das Sauerkraut auf dem angebratenen Fleisch verteilen</li>
<li>Kümmel drauf streuen</li>
<li>Soße drüber gießen</li>
<li>in den Backofen bei 180°C, Heißluft, geschlossenen Deckel für ca. 60 Minuten</li>
</ol>

<li>75g Butaris</li>
<li>Salz</li>
<li>Pfeffer</li>
<li>Senf (mittelscharf)</li>
<li>etwas Zucker</li>
<li>1 Zwiebel</li>
<li>etwas Gemüsebrühe (glutenfrei)</li>
<li>1/4L Wasser</li>
<li>Kartoffeln (nach Wunsch)</li>
<li>Bregenwurst (nach Wunsch), Fa. Pieper schmeckt mir sehr gut</li>
</ul>
<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Butaris heiß werden lassen</li>
<li>gehackte Zwiebel dazu und leicht anschwitzen lassen</li>
<li>Grünkohl in den Topf</li>
<li>1/4L Wasser beigeben</li>
<li>auf kleiner Hitze kochen lassen</li>
<li>mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Senf und der Gemüsebrühe abschmecken</li>
<li>Bregenwurst dann die letzten 20 Minuten mitkochen lassen, ansonsten verkocht die Wurst (meine letzte Erfahrung <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> )</li>

<h3>Bemerkung:</h3>
<p>Leider habe ich keine schmackhafte Bregenwurst gefunden. Meine Mutter hatte früher immer die von der Fa. Pieper, doch leider habe ich diese bei REAL und Edeka nicht gefunden. Ich habe jetzt schon 3 andere Bregenwürstchen probiert, doch keine hatte davon diesen typischen Bregenwurst Geschmack.</p>
