<h3 class="p1"><span class="s1">Zubereitung:</span></h3>
<p class="p1">Die 3 roten Paprikas halbieren, sodass man 6 Hälften bekommt. Die bunten Paprikas in kleine Stücke schneiden. Hackfleisch mit Pfeffer, Salz und Paprika würzen. Ein kleines Probestück anbraten und abschmecken. Dann gesamtes Hackfleisch mit dem Schafskäse und Chili mischen und alles zusammen mit den Zwiebeln braten.</p>
<p class="p1">Anschließend zunächst die Paprikastückchen einige Minuten mit dem Hackfleisch auf kleinere Flamme braten und dann die gehackten Tomaten und die Champignons hinzufügen und mit ca. 2 Esslöffeln Gemüsebrühe würzen. Das Gemisch mit Pfeffer, Salz und Paprika abschmecken.</p>
<p class="p1">Rote Paprikahälften in eine hohe Auflaufform legen. Wenn das Gemüse in der Pfanne nahezu durch, also ruhig noch etwas bissfest ist, Gemisch mit einem &#8222;Sieblöffel&#8220; in die roten Paprikas füllen und mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen. Die übrig bleibende Soße in die Auflaufform füllen.</p>
<p class="p1">Das Gericht ca. 30 Minuten bei 200 °C (Umluft) überbacken.</p>
<p class="p1">Dazu gerne Reis servieren.</p>

<h3>Zubereitung:</h3>
<p>Das Hackfleisch mit den Zwiebeln und ganz wenig Olivenöl in einer Pfanne anbraten. Passierte Tomaten und zwei Esslöffel Rotwein hinzugeben. Mit Pfeffer, Salz und etwas Thymian, ca. 15g, würzen. Die so entstandene Bolognesesoße in eine große Auflaufform füllen.</p>
<p>Jeden Schafskäse vierteln, d.h. ihn einmal längs und einmal quer teilen. Die Schafskäsestücke jetzt auf das Hackfleisch legen.</p>
<p>Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden und auf dem Schafskäse verteilen.</p>
<p>Den Auflauf mit dem Rest Thymian und Schalotten bestreuen.</p>
<p>Öl und zwei Esslöffel Rotwein mit Pfeffer und Salz mischen, abschmecken und über die Tomaten gießen.</p>
<p>Den Backofen vorheizen und den Auflauf ca. 30 Minuten auf 200 Grad mit Alufolie abgedeckt überbacken. Fertig!</p>

<p>&#8211; Kartoffeln als erste Schicht</p>
<p>Empfehlung: dazu frisches Stangenweißbrot reichen, evtl. mit Oliven</p>
